The director’s vision for this staging of Camelot was not historical accuracy but magic. Hence the costume designs crossed into the realm of enchantment and whimsy. We wanted to capture the audience’s imagination with this legend. Silhouettes and garment types were based off of medieval designs but the colors and patterns were intensified. Fantastical elements were also added.
