Victorian Corset

A utilitarian Victorian era corset with a whimsical hint of color and embroidery. It is made from heavy cotton drill cloth with ½” steel boning and ½” spiral boning. The ends of the boning channels have been embroidered in a method known as flossing. This is both functional to hold the bones in place and decorative.
